College Magazine Analysis

There are 4 colours, yellow, white, black and a small amount of pink. The bit that includes the pink stands out, it’s a paint splat, which relates to the text mentioning “paintballing” this is relatable to college students, making it something they’ll want to look in to. Near to the bottom right of the front cover there is some text that is coloured similar to the background making it very hard to read, this should be avoided because it makes the magazine seem unprofessional. The cover includes cover lines that are interesting to the target audience. The main image is of a young, smart looking guy that looks to be the model student with his books and cross. The font size is well thought out, it includes a varied amount of sizes, with the largest ones being the most interesting and important. Although some of the text is maybe a little too small to read clearly. There were a few fonts included, these blend together well.
